1. What is the range of kids’ products I can find at Kids Kouch?
Kids Kouch offers a range of kid’s products for homes and schools. Our products include Kids Furniture, Educational Aids and Toys, Books, Play Equipment, Kids Creche Furniture, Kids Room Décor and Gifting options.
School supplies include Wooden Toys, Montessori Material, Educational
Aids, Props and Puppets, Imported Children books, School Furniture for
Classroom and Library, Outdoor equipment such as Rockers, Ride Ons, Fun Play

All the product details are mentioned on the website, incase you need
any further clarifications or require more information kindly do contact us. We
have a friendly customer services team who are always happy to help and are
available 11am to 7pm on all days. Just give them a call on 080- 28524400 and
quote the product code.
5. What about the mattresses/pillows for the beds?
Our prices do not include the cost of the mattress, pillows or bedsheets. These have to be purchased separately. We offer Restolex (a reputed brand) mattress in various ranges including Coir, Foam, Spring and Memory Pocket and also a variety of bedsheets for kids.
The dimensions for the mattress are provided along with other details for the beds.
6. What if I need any customization in the products?
We do not provide any customization. All our products are made as per international standards and we like to maintain the quality and finish.
7. If an item that I want is “Out Of Stock”, will it ever become available again? If so, in how long?
Kids Kouch makes every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demand exceeds our supply. We restock our products from time to time. Most of the products which are sold out become available within a span of time. At times some designs may be discontinued to make way for newer designs and colours.
If a product is expected soon it will show a “Pre Order” status. In any case it is advisable to please contact our customer care on 09980944915, who will assist you further.
8. How do I place an order?
- You can place order online which would be a
preferred way if you are ordering from outside of Bangalore City.
- You can place the orders at our stores in
Marathahalli, suitable if you are ordering for delivery within Bangalore City.
- By telephone on 080-28524400. Our customer services
team are always happy to help and are available 11am to 7pm on all days.
- If you would like to order an item that is in “Out Of Stock” or “Pre Order” status do write us with the model no. on email@example.com. Emails without a contact name and number may not receive a reply from us.
9. What happens once I have placed an order?
Once we have received the payment in full we will schedule the delivery and assembly (in Bangalore only) for you. Our team will be in touch with you to arrange the same at the day and time of your convenience.
For online orders we will send an order confirmation by email with a receipt of your amount. Once the goods are dispatched the tracking details will be sent to you by email. Deliveries outside Bangalore are handled by reputed third party carriers and we cannot make any guarantees of the exact date and time of delivery.
10. How about the assembly of the products?
Assembly is provided in Bangalore city only. All our products have easy to follow assemble instructions. Assembly has to be arranged at the customers end for orders outside Bangalore. Telephonic support can be provided.
11. Do you deliver to all cities in India?
Yes, we do deliver to almost all major cities in India. We would request you to write to us with your pin code if delivery to your location is not enabled on our website. We will try our best to check on the feasibility of delivery to your location and revert.

2. Do you offer a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment option?
We do not have a "Cash on Delivery" (COD) payment option. All payments have to be settled 100% before delivery.
3. Are there any hidden/additional charges?
OCTROI is applicable in some states/cities/areas in India [Octroi is a local tax collected by the state government or the city municipality on articles brought into a town for local use]. For shipments delivered to such states/cities/areas, OCTROI / LBT Duty will be charged on top of the price of the item. These charges are beyond our control and have to be borne by the customer. We are unable to predict which shipments may be assessed for OCTRI/Duites or the amount that may be charged.
Product Quality and Warranty:
1. What is the furniture made of?
We specialize in wooden Kids Furniture for home and schools. We do have few
products in plastic also. Most of our furniture is made of high grade MDF (Medium
Density Fibreboard) or HDF (High Density Fibreboard), Pine Wood and Particle
Board. The products meets international quality and safety standards in terms
of quality of paints and wood used and is child friendly with "No Sharp
Corners". Premium grade hardware and fittings are used.
2. Do you provide any Warranty for the products?
We provide 3 month warranty against any manufacturing defects
The warranty does not cover:
- Natural wear
and tear and excludes damages due to misuse, abuse, heavy soiling, accidents,
fire or acts of nature.
- Damage or
discolouration caused by sunlight/water.
- Variation in
colour or graining of wood, wood products or materials of similar nature.
- Damages due
to negligent and improper movement, improper storage, incorrect assembling and
wilful damage of the product.

3. Will you provide any after sales service?
If you have any
service issues regarding the product at any time after installation you can
