For setting up library in your own name you will need:
Space – 400 sq feet preferably in a quite location off the main street can also be a spare room in your residence.
Initial investment of 3.5 - 4 lakhs Rupees *, which includes:
- Kids Kouch will build age appropriate catalog of books and toys based 
- source all books and toys and pass on to the client at a discount
- advice on catalog building and naming conventions
- provide knowledge on overall business model
- guidance to plan the membership types and fee structure based on your location
- maintain item and member records manually or using a software
- how to maintain Issue and Return register, due dates, fines and penalties
- design enrolment forms, terms and conditions, library rules
- develop advertising and promotional programs to promote yourself in your local area
- help to design Indoor matted play area (optional)

* Excludes monthly operation costs such as shelving, rents, salaries and overhead costs. 
   Includes Consultancy Fees for setup time of 6 weeks.
