Accessories shown in the photograph are only for representation purpose and are not part of the final product. Kindly see the product details to understand what is included. 

The Actual Furniture provided after sale can have slight distinctions between the picture and actual product supplied in a few aspects including colour shade etc.


Warranty:  

Furniture:  We offer 3 months warranty against manufacturing defects only for KIDS KOUCH brand furniture sold on www.kidskouch.com 

Other Products: Please see the Warranty details on each products page for the individual product if provided by the respective manufacturer.

All KIDS KOUCH brand furniture is made of highest quality MDF, Particle Board with European Standard paints. Plastic products are usually made of Virgin PP.

Kindly encourage you to measure and verify the actual size of the space where you intend to keep the furniture before ordering, so as to ensure that the furniture can be accommodated. In case of any issue of delivering the furniture in the selected place or placing the furniture in the intended area we will NOT be able to accept return or cancel the order. 

Assembly in Bangalore City: Kids Kouch will normally provide assembly within Bangalore city limits. The assembly will be scheduled along with or subsequent to the delivery of the item. For some marked products or smaller units you will need to assemble on your own and the product package includes clear assembly instructions and you will need to DIY (Do It Yourself) or arrange your own carpenter for assembly. 

Assembly out of Bangalore City: Kids Kouch does not provide assembly outside Bangalore city limits. The product package includes clear assembly instructions and you will need to arrange your own carpenter for assembly. 

Any small marks on the product surface can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. 


Damages:

Kids Kouch ships the products to your doorstep using international standard courier providers which ensures a zero-damage delivery, In case of the following please contact us immediately:

Your item has any major scratches or breakage that unfortunately might have occurred in the course of transit warranting your item to be fixed

Any instruction manual, screws, nuts etc. that might have been missed, should be informed to Customer Support immediately, so that they can arrange for the same to be delivered to you

Your item arrives in damaged condition. All claims for damage must be made maximum within 5 days of receipt of the item. Your request for a repair or replacement will be processed once we receive the photographs of the damage to understand the issue and extent of damage. All requests have to be sent to hello@kidskouch.com

We request you to retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by our team. 


Terms for Returns and Refunds:

There is no return or refund on any of the products sold on our site after 24 hours placement of order.

If you need to cancel or modify your order it has to be done within 24 hours of placement by contacting us on hello@kidskouch.com

Furniture once delivered and assembled cannot be returned or exchanged.

We take great care and do checks to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • the item may be damaged during shipping
  • or there is a manufacturing defect
  • or wrong item is delivered to you
Only in the above cases we will replace the product or the damaged part  provided that the request for replament /return is made within the 5 days of the delivery.


Returns and Refund Policy:

There is no Cancellation, Return or Refund on any of the products sold on our site after 24 hours of the placement of order.

In case if we do agree to cancel your order in Full or Part than a nominal fee of 12% of the actual amount paid will be charged to cover costs including expenses incurred by us and our Merchant partners

Kids Kouch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed with an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. In such case the payment shall be completely refunded and the customer shall be informed of the same.

If there is a  non-delivery or late delivery due a wrong or incomplete address or recipient non available or any related reason on the customers part any extra cost spent by Kids Kouch for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
